New Workshop
Escape to beautiful
Puerto Rico In February, 2010, and join a small group of photographers for a total
immersion workshop that takes you from capture to workups with
Photoshop adjustment techniques to "ready to print" images
of Old San Juan and the surrounding areas.
Photograph the
amazing 15th and 16th century Spanish forts, the colorful Spanish
influence in the city of Old San Juan, and the nearby picturesque
fishing villages. Shoot with two veteran photographers who
know the area, the light, the people, the customs, and have a
passion for capturing and producing stunning imagery. With
Dario's excellent Spanish and his intimate local knowledge of San Juan and
the surrounding areas, along with his insider information, he will get you to places a tour would never take you, and you would
never find on your own. Joe's workup skills, his
demonstrations and explanations of the when, how, and why to take an image to a
different level
will allow your images to be viewed as beyond photography and more as
photographic art.

These workshops are
for serious amateurs and professional photographers who wish to hone
their digital capture skills, learn to "see" a bit
differently, realize the possibilities of where an image "needs
to go" in post production for maximum impact, and are
willing to totally immerse themselves in the imaging process. When
you return home, you should have many beautiful

images for your home,
portfolio, studio, on-line gallery, or stock.

Don't be surprised
when the workshop stops at the end of the day and the informal chat
sessions begin during dinner and continue into the night. We
are both passionate about the image creation process! If we're
not shooting or working up images, we enjoy talking
photography and techniques with other photographers.
